How you get paid
Connect Stripe so ticket sales go straight to your organization's bank account
Updated
TicketCommittee uses Stripe to process card payments. Your organization connects its own Stripe account, so money from ticket sales goes directly to you — we never hold your funds.
Connect your Stripe account
Section titled “Connect your Stripe account”You’ll be prompted to connect Stripe before you can accept card payments. Stripe will ask for details about your organization and the bank account where you want to receive payouts.
Processing fees
Section titled “Processing fees”Stripe charges a card processing fee on each payment — 2.9% + $0.30 per charge for standard U.S. cards.
You decide who covers those fees for each event:
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| Organizer Absorbs | Your organization pays the fees. Buyers see the exact ticket price. |
| Ask Customer | Buyers are asked at checkout whether they’d like to cover the fees. |
| Pass to Customer | Fees are added to the buyer’s total at checkout. |
When money arrives
Section titled “When money arrives”Stripe sends payouts from your Stripe balance to your bank account on a regular schedule. You can see your payouts as Deposits in TicketCommittee, or manage your payout schedule directly in your Stripe dashboard.
