Set up your organization
Create the organization that owns your events, team, and payouts

Your organization is the group running the events — a school, PTA, nonprofit, church, venue, or business. Events, team members, and your connected Stripe account all belong to the organization, not to you personally.
Joining an existing organization
Section titled “Joining an existing organization”If a teammate already invited you, you’ll see a Pending Invitations section when you first log in. Accept the invitation to join their organization — there’s no need to create a new one.
Creating a new organization
Section titled “Creating a new organization”- Under Create Organization, enter your Organization Name.
- Choose What kind of organization is this? This helps us tailor TicketCommittee to how you work. The options are:
- School or PTA
- Nonprofit or Fundraiser
- Church or Faith Group
- Bar or Venue
- Community Group
- Business
- Something else
- Pick a Custom URL. This becomes part of your public links, so keep it short and recognizable (for example,
lincoln-high-pta). - Optionally add a Description and your Website.
- Click Create Organization.
